During the 4th step of the installation process, a one to two-week training session enables all employees to learn the uses of SMS Software in reference to the responsibilities of their position.

All training that is offered during this step applies to the basic functions of the point of sale (managing prices and in-store balancing) and the server “office”, all other options are seen at a later date. The installation of the temporary system does not in any way slow the present operations of the business.

In addition, during the final step the employees or the merchant are trained on how to use the other modules that are not seen during the first training session. This complementary training session can last one or more days. During these training days, employees can ask our trainers and/or our SIR Solutions technicians any questions regarding the managing system and can be assured to receive a precise answer to their question. After which, any employee needing answers can call our telephone support, that is available 18 hours a day/7 days a week.
