  1. I am experiencing difficulties viewing a video or opening a document.
    Please check to see if the programs required to view the videos or opening the documents are installed on your computer.

  2. I cannot find a specific page. (web surfing problem)
    If the problem persists (a dead link, a downloading problem, an error, etc.), do not hesitate to let us know about it.

  3. How long does installation take?
    When taking into consideration the sale process (usually two meetings), the installation process is done in 7 steps. For more information, consult the following PDF file.

  4. What types of service contracts are available and what is the cost involved?

    Technical Support

    If you are experiencing a technical difficulty, dial 1-800-264-9554. Our technicians are available to take your calls 18 hours a day/7 days a week. Thanks to its distribution network, which is spread across the province of Quebec, SIR Solutions can respond quickly to its customers' requests.

    The telephone support service is available for an annual fee. This service also includes SMS software updates.
